Grabbing a cocktail with friends is perfectly normal, but what if someone asked you to imbibe a few Moscow Mules while looking over the edge of a massive cliff? That’s exactly what the Copper Canyon Cocktail Bar in Basaseachic Falls would offer. Created by the aptly named design firm Tall Arquitectos, the plan would be to create something that’s a drinking, dining, and tourist destination. The concept is daring, fresh, and slightly terrifying — but you have to admit that it would be totally awesome to sip your favorite tonic while taking in these incredible views.
