Everyone wants to travel the world but there’s always so many conflicting factors. How does one travel the world without having to worry about paying rent or utility bills? If you’re always on the go, what’s the point of paying good money for a home you’re barely in? Adam Croft and Nikki Pepperell faced this exact problem when they were struggling to find a home that wasn’t too costly. The idea of living in a car started out as a joke but began to sound better and more possible as time went by. Before they knew it, their “joke” became a real life project. The end result: a super affordable mobile apartment.
After they finished the design, they started marking the van in chalk.
It provides power for all the lights and even the water pump.
The shower uses its own pump so when a hot shower is desired, the water can be heated on the stove before washing.
From the opposite side, you get another good look at the kitchen, and a peak at the storage shelves across from it.
