Hope for Paws is a non-profit animal rescue organization, based in Los Angeles, California. They rescue dogs and other animals who are suffering on the streets and in the shelters. They foster these animals in their home, cage free, until they can find them permanent, loving homes. Audrey and Eldad Hagar with Hope for Paws, found a poor abandoned blind dog covered in dirt and fleas, living in a pile of trash in South Los Angeles last year.

Fiona was adopted by a loving couple, Michele and Chris Gentry. She also gained national attention and was a guest on the Anderson Cooper show.

Eldad told Huffington Post “we’re so happy that people are watching this and learning. We want people to react to this. Next time you see an animal on the street, call someone or do something. If you can’t help, then get help.”
