Master sushi chef, Hiro Terada is more than a culinary genius. Aside from fusing Japanese, Latin and American dishes at the NoVe Kitchen and Bar in Miami, Florida, Terada is also a bit of a stuntman. Born in Japan, Terada shows us just how to cut a cucumber and an onion into ribbon thin slices. This may seem like second nature for the master, except he does it blindfolded. To ensure there is no peeking, the man puts on a double folded, black napkin as well as a towel. It’s hard enough for a regular person to try this without a blindfold, so you can imagine how talented Terada is.
