A baby deer was separated from his family during a rain storm in Noakhali, Bangladesh, where the flooding waters swept the helpless animal away into the river. Then a brave boy named Belul came to its rescue. He risked his own life by jumping into the fast moving river to save the poor deer. Onlookers worried when the boy didn’t surface right away, but after a few minutes, the deer emerged from the river in Belul’s hand. This boy is a hero! Wildlife photographer Hasibul Wahab captured these photos.
