Bosses must lead by example, at least that’s what every book on how to be the most successful leader tells us. If you want your employees to show exceptional work ethic, they must see the big boss working up a sweat to get the job done, to be in the trenches with the rest of the team. When employees at Lightricks caught their CEO and co-founder, Zeev Farbman taking a much-deserved nap between meetings, they did the sensible thing. The staff took a photo of Farbman and got creative with Photoshop, making memes of him sleeping. Farbman may have to plant himself in the printing room to get some peace and quiet from now on.
