Charlie is a beautiful, friendly Dalmatian – the type of dog who you’d never expect to find at a shelter. However, as fate would have it, Charlie ended up at one, and since he was deaf, it wasn’t long before shelter volunteers would have to euthanize him. Days before Charlie was scheduled to be put down, a miracle happened: Someone adopted him. Charlie’s human could see that he was special right away, so she began to train him. Since he’s deaf, he couldn’t be trained normally. Instead, his human did something amazing: **She trained him using sign language.**
