There’s a lot of political and financial turmoil going on in Greece right now, but this amazingly adorable video of the Greek island Crete makes it easy to forget all about it. Vimeo user Joerg Daiber shot this tilt-shift video of the magical island, calling it the “pretty side of the financial crisis.” The video was taken in coastal and island towns like Agios Nikolaos, Pitsidia, Matala, and Spinalonga.
The effect the the tilt-shift camera makes everything look like a cute little toy universe, and the Greek music in the background takes the viewer to another magical place. Check out the awesome video below.
