Today, we’re focusing on Russia, where one man made his entire home out of 12,000 empty bottles of champagne. Located in the city of Chelyabinsk, in Russia,the house belongs to 52-year-old Hamidullah Ilchibaev. Fondly referred to as ‘Palace Oz’, it’s now a popular attraction for tourists and locals alike.
