[Mark Bustos](http://instagram.com/markbustos?modal=true) is a hair stylist who works at an upscale salon in New York City, but on Sundays he cuts hair for homeless people on the sidewalks of New York. Back in 2012, Bustos went to the Philippines to visit family. That’s when he rented a chair from a barber and gave free hair cuts to children who needed them. He said the feeling was so rewarding he continued doing it in New York.
