An orphaned short-tailed fruit bat was rescued by the people at Bat World Sanctuary, a non-profit organization that rescues thousands of bats each year. They named him named Lil’ Drac. Most are released back into the wild but some are given permanent refuge at the Bat World Sanctuary. Watch as adorable Lil’ Drac gets some tender loving care.
Lil’ Drac is full grown and happily living with his bat friends in the sanctuary and he still rocks himself to sleep.
