It took nearly two years of trial and error, tweaking and tinkering — but Swiss free-skier Nicolas Vuignier has finally achieved the ultimate trick he set out to do. He calls it a centriphone. Basically, it’s an iPhone 6 that’s been outfitted with a sling that ables it to be flung through the air while Vuignier skis down a mountain. The resulting effect is totally trippy, especially considering that it’s played back in slow motion while Vuignier stays perfectly centered, the subject of an epic 360 degree looping film.
