Tippi Benjamine Okanti Degré was raised in the African bush by her parents, wildlife photographers Sylvie Robert and Alain Degré. She was born in Namibia and the family also traveled through countries such as Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Growing up in the bush, Tippi was always surrounded by wildlife and was able to form strong bonds with the animals because most of them had been orphaned and were raised by farmers. Her parents always made sure Tippi was safe.
Tippi had an very unique childhood. Now she is 23 and lives in Paris, where she attends school in her third year for cinema. Her life is quite different now.
