Paris is one of the world’s top tourist destinations, and it’s really not difficult to see why. It’s an absolutely breathtaking city, known for it’s fine wine, great cheese, unbelievable bakeries and all around aesthetically pleasing experiences. And what’s at the center of it all? The Eiffel Tower. Built in 1889 as the entrance to that year’s World’ Fair, the Eiffel Tower was constructed on the Champ de Mars, and it’s wrought iron lattices have become synonymous with the city itself. There were nearly seven million visitors to the tower in 2015 alone, people making their way up the structure by walking up its stairs or ascending it on an elevator. But none of them ever saw the Eiffel Tower like this. No, these two daredevils saw the tower like few have ever seen it before, though their preferred method of observation is not recommended or endorsed. Check out the gravity-defying video below (all shot on a drone camera), and remember, don’t try this at home — or shall we say, on your next trip to Paris.
