Every year around Christmas time, a wealthy businessman anonymously gives away 100,000 dollars in the form of $100 bills to random strangers. He’s been doing this for over a decade, but this year, instead of doing it himself, he gave the pleasure to the officers of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department in Kansas City, Missouri. He wanted them to feel the joy of giving since they don’t often experience it in their daily work schedule. Steve Hartman with CBS’s *On The Road* reported how the random acts of kindness brought tears to many of the drivers eyes.
