People have mixed opinions about vanity plates. Some people live by them – why not express yourself on the back of your car? Other people think they’re obnoxious – why does everyone need to know that you are a 49ERFAN4LYFE? Personally, I used to hate vanity plates – until I saw the 28 on this list. These vanity plates made me realize that constructing the perfect, hilarious plate is actually a very specific fine art, and that people who do it successfully should probably be given some kind of award. I think I need to see if #27 is still available in my state.
