When you’re out in the world, you expect people to be polite. You expect them to be moderately patient, non-confrontational, and to perform their job in a timely and efficient manner. What you don’t always expect from people, though, is for them to go above and beyond to be compassionate. Thankfully, there are many people who do just that, and this McDonald’s employee is one of them. What he does for a customer goes far beyond his job description. For the customer, it made all the difference in the world.
