Our world is filled with cruelty and hatred for reasons no one has been able to figure out yet. While there are many people who are constantly working on making this world a better place, there are others who don’t care about anything or anyone else. They are brutal to their fellow beings and for some, their barbarics are not limited to humans only. Here is a gruesome story of such behavior towards an innocent animal.A case was recently reported in Michigan where a person was seen throwing a cat and her two kittens out of a car window. The individual just drove past the three felines after tossing them onto the street.
A woman was standing on the sidewalk when she saw it happened. She immediately ran towards them to see if they had survived the cruel and heartless act. She then took them home with her. There, she placed the three in a cardboard box and fed them.
The volunteers rushed to the woman’s house. They checked the creatures for broken bones and any other injuries. They took the felines to the shelter where they were treated and given vaccinations.
The Michigan Humane Society thanked the woman for saving the felines. The situation could have gone a lot worse had she not played her part in saving the cats.
The 39-year-old woman was driving down the highway road when she threw out four cats from the car window. Rescuers were only able to find one of the cats. The driver was caught and arrested. She broke down and confessed. She was charged with Felony Animal Cruelty and is being held on a $5,000 bond. If convicted, she could face five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
